Part of Windsor's Parks, Recreation & Culture Department, the Culture Division operates The Town of Windsor Museums. The Art & Heritage Center, located at 116 5th St., is a hub for the arts and history and hosts a variety of exhibitions throughout the year. During the summer months and for various events, nearby Boardwalk Park Museum, located at 100 5th St., comprises six historic buildings which promote and preserve the town's rich history.
The Town of Windsor Museums will be open for all winter festivities! Come to the Art & Heritage Center for face painting and story time sponsored by Clearview Library. Visit our historic buildings at Boardwalk Park Museum for the DDA Elf on a Shelf scavenger hunt and to see costumed educators and learn about the holidays in historic Windsor.
