Part of Windsor's Parks, Recreation & Culture Department, the Culture Program hosts a variety of family-oriented educational programs and currently operates two cultural centers. The Art & Heritage Center, located at 116 5th St., is a hub for the arts and history and hosts a variety of exhibitions throughout the year. During the summer months and for various events, nearby Boardwalk Park Museum, located at 100 5th St., offers a unique opportunity for visitors to take a self-guided tour through five historic buildings which promote and preserve the town's rich history.
