This course is designed for kids with a basic knowledge of bicycling and who are comfortable with two-wheeled cycling. This course will be held July 8- July 12 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. We’ll introduce the rules for bicycling on trails and the road, safe bicycling strategies, bike-handling skills and drills, nutrition and hydration, and basic bike maintenance. Be prepared to ride 4 to 8 miles per day. The course is led by a Safe Routes to School instructor.
The Registration Deadline is two days prior.

The wait is almost over! Join us at Village East Park on Thursday, July 11, at 5:30pm for the grand opening. The park features ninja warrior inspired play structures, natural play structures, swings, a basketball course, and a picnic shelter.
We’ll be joined by special forces Army veteran and American Ninja Warrior, Robbie Doman. Doman survived an IED attack while serving and against all odds trained to become an American Ninja Warrior.

Join Chinese cooks from the Confucius Institute of CSU to discover the history, culture, and techniques behind traditional Chinese dishes. Prepare, cook, and eat a new dish every month. Be sure to come hungry! In July, we will make Yang Zhou Fried Rice, one of the most popular varieties of Chinese fried rice! With generous portions of egg, vegetables, and meat, this is the perfect comfort food dish.
