This month's meeting will focus on the town’s Transportation Master Plan. Planning Director Scott Ballstadt will discuss the planning process and consultants’ attempts to collect additional public input in late November and early December.
Windsor residents are invited to enjoy coffee and discuss their questions, concerns and ideas with Mayor Kristie Melendez during the monthly Coffee with the Mayor event. The event is held every third Saturday of the month from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at various locations, and coffee is provided for participants.

Please note: The town's Fall Yard Waste Clean-Up has been rescheduled for Saturday, November 16. It was originally scheduled for Saturday, November 2.
Windsor utility customers with valid identification such as a driver’s license or copy of their utility bill are invited to participate. Weather permitting, the event allows residents to dispose of general lawn waste such as grass, bush and garden clippings, leaves, pumpkins, general yard debris, and tree branches no larger than 10 inches diameter.
The following items will not be accepted: dirt, rock, road base, edging, animal waste, tree/root balls, or sod.
The event is free for Town of Windsor utility customers and takes place at Eastman Park South, located at 7025 Eastman Park Dr., near the Treasure Island Demonstration Garden.
