    The Town of Windsor is offering both in-person and virtual meeting participation during the public comment period of applicable meetings. If you would like to provide comment or ask questions during a public meeting, find the participation instructions on that meeting's agenda. If you do not have comment you would like to give, you can also watch the meeting live and in its entirety on WindsorTV. Residents wanting to watch and participate in person will be able to enter Town Hall through the south entrance doors.

    While the Town of Windsor is responding to capacity restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering virtual meeting participation during the public comment period of applicable meetings.   1. Pack the Park and Lake

    ***UPDATE: Due to a positive test result for blue-green algae, Windsor Lake is closed, effective immediately. Plans for Pack the Park and Lake have shifted. We are eliminating events at the lake and replacing it with a twilight swim at Chimney Park Pool. View the link for details. https://windsorgov.com/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=1214 *** The Town of Windsor will waive rental fees at Windsor Lake, Thursday, July 29 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for its Pack the Park and Lake event in recognition of Parks and Recreation Month. The free event at Boardwalk Park and Windsor Lake includes the?Town of Windsor’s rental watercrafts such as?aqua trikes, canoes, CORCLs, kayaks, and paddle boards. Participants will be required to wear lifejackets, sign a waiver and those 17 years old and younger will require a waiver signed by their guardian. Waivers will be signed at the time a watercraft is collected. Rentals are on a first-come first-serve basis.
