  1. Community Recreation Center Closed for Easter

    April 21, 2019, All Day @ Community Recreation Center

    The Windsor Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th St., will be closed on Sunday, April 21, in observance of Easter. The facility will reopen at its usual time on Monday, April 22. The regular hours of operation for the Community Recreation Center are Monday through Friday 5 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. For more information about the Community Recreation Center, visit windsorgov.com/crc.     **UPDATE** The Summer Enrichment Expo has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 24th due to the incoming weather! The admittance to the Recreation Center is still FREE so come and play before the weather turns!   3. Syntax Spirits Tour

    April 24, 2019, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Take a behind-the-scenes tour of this local distillery in historic downtown Greeley in their new digs. Syntax creates award-winning, authentic grain-to-glass craft spirits from raw, local ingredients, including pure Colorado whitewater, and crafts them in their handmade stills. We'll handle the driving. Participants must be 21 and up only, please.

  4. Create Your Own Will

    April 25, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Windsor Community Recreation Center

    Create your will and estate planning documents in one easy class! Licensed attorney, Steven M. Dye, and his staff will help you complete a Last Will and Testament, Financial and Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will, and an Organ Donation Request. The fee includes all materials, witnessing, notary, review, and time for questions and discussion. Participants must show driver’s license or other photo ID. Couples must register individually. The registration deadline is the Monday prior. Ages 18+.

    April 26, 2019, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Kyger Reservoir (Cty. Rd. 13, between Hwy. 392 & Jacoby Rd.)

    Windsor utility customers are invited to dispose of general household trash found in and around their home and garage. Items such as small furniture, stoves/ovens, broken toys, toasters, grills, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, tires (without rims, up to 4 per household), and general household trash will be accepted. Yard waste will also be accepted including branches, grass clippings and debris. The following items cannot be accepted: mattresses, household hazardous waste, construction debris, dirt, cement, pavers, carcasses, computers or electronics, propane tanks, appliances that use Freon or other refrigerants, or vehicles.

    Do you love to make art? Does your family love to craft? Join the Creative Creations Club! Join art instructor Valerie Fagan from Gypsy Art on the last Saturday of each month for a family-friendly guided art project. Each month is something different! Fee is per project; adults may work on a single project with up to two children. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Register two days prior. All ages are welcome.
