until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, April 9, 2021, for the Town of Windsor-Crossroads
Boulevard Traffic Signals.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted, and will be returned unopened.
At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.
All work associated with this project shall be completed by September 17, 2021. Liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00/day will commence on September 18, 2021, unless an extension is granted.

The Work of this Contract consists of improvements at the intersections of Crossroads Boulevard and New Liberty Road and Crossroads Boulevard and Rancho Drive. The improvements at the New Liberty Road intersection generally consist of but are not limited to installation of a traffic signal and reconstruction of intersection corners to correct ADA-related deficiencies as indicated in the drawings and specified herein. The improvements at the Rancho Drive intersection generally consist of but are not limited to removal of the existing rectangular rapid flash beacon (RRFB) crosswalk system and installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon (HAWK) traffic signal and implementation of a golf cart bypass route on the southeast corner of the intersection as indicated in the drawings and specifications herein.

Bids shall be a combination of lump sum and unit prices per the Bid Form.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.; a Zoom meeting notice will be sent out to all bid holders prior to this date. Any questions regarding the project are due Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., local time. No questions received after this date will be answered, unless the bid date is extended by an addendum.

A hard copy of the bid documents will be not available.

An electronic copy of the bid documents including Pre-Bid Meeting Instructions, full project specifications, Measurement and Payment section, and an electronic format (.xlsx) bid schedule can be requested by submitting a Bid Request Form.
