[ARCHIVED] Windsor to Recycle Christmas Trees

The Town of Windsor Brush Recycling Site will recycle live Christmas trees for free.

 

Brush Recycling Site fees will be waived for Christmas trees with valid brush permits. Permits may be obtained for free at the Brush Recycling Site, Town Hall or the Community Recreation Center.

Trees must be free of decorations and lights. Artificial trees will not be accepted.

The Brush Recycling Site is open noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday during the months of November through February. The site will be open extended hours during the holiday season:

  • December 26-30: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • December 31: 10 a.m. – Noon
  • January 1: CLOSED
  • January 2-6: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • January 7: Resume normal hours, Noon – 4 p.m.
