[ARCHIVED] Windsor Historic Mill Feasibility Study

The Windsor Downtown Development Authority is hosting a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 6 p.m. at which the preliminary findings of the Historic Mill Feasibility Study will be presented. The meeting will be held at the Windsor Town Hall, 301 Walnut, Windsor, CO in the Town Board Chambers. The Windsor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) received a matching grant from the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) for $20,000 for a feasibility study of the Historic Flour Mill located at 301 Main Street, Windsor, CO 80550 and within the DDA boundary.
The feasibility study determine the most appropriate property uses, building uses and realistic financial strategies for the protection, restoration and redevelopment of the Mill.
