The Town of Windsor will be replacing the waterline on 4th Street from Main Street to Walnut Street starting September 3, 2013 followed by an asphalt overlay project from Main Street to Elm Street. The Town has hired Kehn Construction, Inc. to complete the replacement. Traffic and parking will be affected during the construction which may take up to four weeks to complete all parts. Alternate routes are advised.
