Town of Windsor Announces Upcoming Facility Closure, Community Recreation Center Remains Open

Town of Windsor administrative offices will be closed Monday, January 17, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This includes Town Hall, 301 Walnut St., Public Services, 922 N. 15th St., and the Police Department, 200 N. 11th St.


Although the Police Department is closed, Windsor Police officers are on duty 24 hours each day, seven days a week. The Police Department can be reached on the non-emergency line at 970-674-6400 and residents are always encouraged to dial 911 for emergencies.

The Community Recreation Center will remain open to the public from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Daily admission fees are $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and youth, and $3 for children under 5. Admission includes access to locker rooms, activity pool, designated open gym, running track, and more. The Community Recreation Center also offers annual and 3-month memberships.
