The Town of Windsor is seeking motivated, civic-minded residents to assist the community by serving on one of the town’s boards or commissions.
Applications are currently being accepted through Wednesday, August 4, for the following positions:
- Windsor’s Board of Adjustments has one regular, four-year position available. The term expires in September 2025.
- The Historic Preservation Commission has one regular, three-year term position available. The term expires in March 2023.
- The Tree Board has two regular positions available. Both will serve a four-year term expiring in September 2025.
- The Town of Windsor also has a newly formed Arts Commission with seven regular positions available. Two of the positions expire in September 2022. Two positions are two-year term appointments, expiring in September 2023. Three of the positions are three-year term appointments, expiring in September 2024.
Community members interested in becoming an advisory board member must submit an application by 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2021 with interviews scheduled shortly thereafter. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for the week of August 16 with board and commission appointments determined by Monday, August 23.
