Windsor, CO – The Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture Department hosted the annual Rockies Baseball Skills Challenge Saturday, June 19, at the Chimney Park, Aaron Cook Field, 200 E. Chestnut Street, Windsor, Co., 80550.
Nearly 30 athletes participated in the event, seven of which earned first place honors and advanced to the sectional round scheduled for Saturday, July 10, in Windsor, Colo. Participants of the sectional competition will compete for a spot to play in the State Championship.
The Rockies Baseball Skills Challenge is a free youth program of the Colorado Parks and Recreation Association with the support of the Colorado Rockies baseball club.
Congratulations to the seven athletes who move on to compete in the sectional competition.
