Windsor Farmers Market Announces 2020 Dates, New Safety Guidelines

 Windsor Farmers Market logo

Windsor’s Farmers Market is back for 2020, offering local produce and goods close to home. The market begins June 20 and runs through September 12 on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Farmers Market Pavilion at Boardwalk Park, 110 5th St. There will not be a market held on Saturday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

This year, extra precautions will be taken as directed by the local health department and the Colorado Farmers Market Association. Vendors will be spaced six to ten feet apart and be required to wear a mask and gloves. Anyone attending the market will also be asked to wear a mask. There will be designated hand sanitizing stations, and signs will direct foot traffic through the market to help reduce crowding. If you are sick, please do not attend the market, and stay home to help protect others.

Market visitors are asked to avoid lingering and socializing in the market area to reduce crowding. Due to health concerns, food samples can’t be offered at this time.

The Windsor Farmers Market is sponsored by Ehrlich Toyota and Bank of Colorado.
