Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture invite the public to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at Covenant Park, 601 Southwood Ln. Residents will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary snow cone and explore the playground improvements. The playground includes two structure areas, one for specifically younger and specifically for older children. Improvements include sensory play, a zip line track, a climbing net and more.
