Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture invite the public to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at Boardwalk Park, 100 N. 5th St. Residents will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary snow cone and explore the playground improvements. Improvements allow the community to enjoy a variety of new features, from an outdoor gym, a multi-story play structure, swings, and a climbing net. These upgrades make Boardwalk Park a real destination playground, providing opportunities for all ages, and something for everyone to enjoy.
