Description:
The Town of Windsor (“Town”) is soliciting proposals for Facilities Study and Design Services (“Facilities Master Plan”).  The Town of Windsor will select a consultant team to conduct a study covering the Town’s current and future capacity issues with regards to the Police Facility and Town Hall. Also included in this facility master plan is a proposal for a satellite Public Works facility and ideas for the use of unoccupied space found in the Town’s Art and Heritage Center, 116 5th Street, Windsor, Colorado. With a current population of 35,000 in 2020 and projected population of 50,000 within ten years, a plan to address the Town’s future needs is critical.

Special Requirements:
A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 31th, at 10:00 a.m., at the Windsor Public Services Facility, 922 North 15th Street, Windsor, Colorado. Attendance is highly encouraged to allow for interested firms to obtain more detailed information.
Questions may be submitted to craasch@windsorgov.com by no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2020.

Town staff will respond to questions by August 7, 2020 via email.

Interviews of short-listed firms are anticipated the week of August 10, 2020, or early the following week.

Staff anticipates final selection on August 20, 2020, and contract approval by early September, 2020.
