The Town of Windsor provides Water, Sewer, and Storm Drain for customers in the Weld County limits of Windsor, and Storm Drain Only for customers in the Larimer County limits of Windsor. This division is responsible for both the issuance of monthly statements and the collection of those charges.

Make a one-time payment, setup monthly recurring payments, or opt out of paper statements Online Payments & eStatements.
Utility statements are due on the 20th of each month by 5 pm. A $20.00 late fee will be charged to delinquent accounts.
Shuts offs are scheduled for the last Thursday of each month. Contact customer service at (970) 674-2400 with questions and to make payment if account is in risk of disconnection.
