Preparation for the annual budget begins early in the year with an assessment of future operating and capital needs by each department, along with revenue estimates for the next fiscal year. Meetings follow with Department Heads, Town Manager, Town Board, and Advisory Boards. The schedule for the 2023 annual budget process can be found here (PDF) and residents are welcome to attend the Town Board work sessions and Advisory Board meetings. The Public Hearing for the adoption of the 2023 Budget is scheduled on November 14th, 2022.
Financial Reporting The Finance Director is responsible for timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with federal, state and Town Board requirements.
