Applying for project permits such as re-roofing, siding, windows, furnace, etc., is fairly simple. To start the process, email our Permit Technician the following: Your Company Name (if applicable), your first and last name, address/company address, contact phone number, and email address. Please indicate in the email if you would like the ability to apply and pay for permits online.
Our Permit Technician will then create a personalized login and email instructions on how you can access to the Community Core system.
Already have a system login? No problem. Simply access Community Core.
Please Note: The Town of Windsor Planning Department upgraded it's system from Meritage to the New Community Core application in Dec. 2018. Please do not access Meritage any longer.
If you would like an estimate for your project please click below and chose the type of project. The required form will need to be sent to the Permit Technician and the estimate of fees will be sent to you per email, fax, or mail.
