The Town of Windsor Customer Service Division serves as the first point of contact for many of Windsor’s businesses and residents. This division responds to a high volume of customer service inquiries including those submitted online, in-person or by those who call-in. Members of the Customer Service team articulate town information about various town functions such as utility billing, municipal court, sales tax, recycling and more.
Ensures that internal and external customers receive prompt attention.
Accepts utility payments and provides support to all functions of the town utility.
Attends board and commission meetings and helps take notes.
