Vestas specializes in the creation, distribution and service of wind turbines. Windsor is home to one of Vesta’s four manufacturing facilities in Colorado.

Anheuser-Busch Metal Container Corporation


1201 Metal Container Ct.

The 105,000 square foot facility produces more than 2 billion, 12 ounce cans each year. The Metal Container Corporation  provides jobs to over 100 workers.

Owens-Illinois


11133 Eastman Park Dr.

The self-proclaimed world’s largest glass-packaging company, Owens-Illinois, employs over 25,000 employees worldwide. They operate 77 plants producing glass bottles and jars, including Windsor’s production facility.

Tolmar


1201 Cornerstone Dr.

Tolmar has two divisions located in Windsor.  The largest group of employees works in their pharmaceutical manufacturing facilty.  They also have their administrative services building located in Town.  

Weld Re-4 School District

The Weld Re-4 School District serves over 5,000 students in Windsor and Severance. The district is made up of 11 schools including two high schools, two middle schools, five elementary schools and two charter schools.
