Windsor's Strategic Plan
2012-2014 Update
The Strategic Plan was first adopted by the Town Board in 2008. Since then it has been updated in 2010 and now again in 2012. The Board began working on the update in May 2012 and met several times with staff to develop draft goals and priorities that would benefit the community.

On August 20, 2012 a Town Hall Meeting was held to receive community feedback on the Draft Strategic Plan. Board members, staff and residents broke into small groups and discussed the goals and priorities at length. The notes were recorded and can be found in the appendix to the Strategic Plan at the bottom of this page.
On September 24, 2012 the Town Board adopted the 2012-2014 Town of Windsor Strategic Plan. Progress of the plan will be reported at Town Board meetings on a quarterly basis and also posted on this webpage. Hard copies of the Strategic Plan are available at most Town facilities including Town Hall, Community Recreation Center, Public Works, and the Police Station.

Feedback on the Strategic Plan is welcome at all times through email or by logging in to Community Voice
