Three Easy Ways to Workout

Aquatic Classes
  • AM Deep Water Aerobics - Wake up to this high energy water workout utilizing deep water and buoyancy devices. Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance. Great workout for all ages. No cash accepted - must have a fitness pass or punch card.

  • Noon Aqua Sculpting - Here is your chance to workout on your lunch break. Poudre Valley Medical Center provides a warm pool where you can enjoy a low impact workout. Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. No cash accepted - must have fitness pass or punch card.

  • PM Aqua Aerobics - Bring a friend and get fit together! This low impact class held in the water where no swimming is required. No cash accepted - must have a fitness pass or punch card.

Fitness Classes
  • Cardio Sculpt - A high energy cardio class with muscle-specific exercises to improve endurance, and build strength of upper and lower muscle groups. Bands, hand weights, and an exercise ball will be used.

  • Fitness, Fun, Flexibility - Get Fit! A 60 minute class that will improve your muscle strength, muscle endurance, core strength, balance, and flexibility using weights, resistance bands, and a ball. 45 minutes of muscle conditioning, 15 minutes of flexibility.

  • Pilates - Emphasizes the development of core strength which creates a foundation for your body to use more efficiently in every aspect of life.

  • Beginner Yoga - For the beginning yoga student who is interested in learning basic yoga poses while experiencing improvement in your health and well being. This class is accessible to all ages and body types with an emphasis on finding comfort in the various postures with modifications and accommodations. Join us in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

  • Evening Yoga - For the yoga student who enjoys a relaxing Vinyasa flow designed to release tension and encourage flexibility. This class focuses on stretching and relaxation. All fitness levels, ages and body types are welcome.

  • Vinyasa Yoga - For the experienced yoga individual this is a challenging class that develops strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Knowledge of a variety of yoga poses is encouraged. Class can vary from the traditions of Vinyasa Flow to Ashtanga to Power Yoga.

  • Posture & Balance - * This class is by registration only - Get in touch with your muscles & improve posture and balance, especially  if you are prone to rounded shoulders or shortness on one side. It is a series of exercises done on mats but can be modified for chairs if need be. Ages 50+ (Sorry no fitness pass or punch cards for this class) Register Now!

  • Strength Surge - This class is designed to increase strength, muscle definition and endurance in a total body workout. Sets of hight intensity STRENGTH moves focus on altering muscle groups while a SURGE of simple cardio breaks provide additional calorie burn while allowing muscle recovery. Core work is incorporated throughout the class. If you want a blend of cardio, boot camp, weight lifting and fun, this class is for you. All levels welcome.
