Following submission of the completed application, the Windsor Police Department will conduct an on-site inspection of the premises to be licensed. The premises must be identical to the 8 1/2" x 11" floor plan that is submitted with the application.

The Town Planning Department must be consulted if the applicant is making any structural, electrical, and/or plumbing changes that require a building permit. The premises will be inspected for liquor licensing when the building permit process has been completed.
