Special Event Initial Letter of Interest/Application

  1. The Town of Windsor requires a special event permit for any event on Town of Windsor property for more than 100 people where the event will interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic and is beyond regular property usage or where a higher concern exists for the protection of participants, users and/or property. If conditional approval is given you must complete and submit the full application and related documents at least 45 days prior to your event. Allow seven (7) working days of date of receipt for staff to review this form.
