Windsor Tree Board to Host Tree Workshops September 26 - 27

The Town of Windsor Tree Board will present two opportunities for residents to learn more about trees September 26-27.

The first class will focus on native trees for your landscape at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26, at the Clearview Library, 720 3rd Street.

A walking tour of the trees at Main Park, 300 Locust Street, is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27. Attendees will meet at the gazebo in the center of the park and should wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and dress for the weather.

Both events are free and open to the public.

The Windsor Tree Board is dedicated to educating the community about the importance and benefits of trees as they relate to a sustainable landscape.
