Windsor Bike to Work Day Set for June 28

The Town of Windsor will host a Bike to Work Day station on Wednesday, June 28.

A breakfast station will be provided from 6-8 a.m. at Spokes Bike Shop, 427 Main Street. Fresh fruit, breakfast burritos, granola bars and other snacks will be available.

“Most of the country celebrates Bike to Work Day in May,” said Recreation Supervisor Luke Bolinger. “With Colorado’s unpredictable weather, our state legislature declared June as Colorado Bike Month, with the fourth Wednesday of the month being Bike to Work Day.”

Participants who tag themselves on social media with #BikeWindsor will be entered to win a prize pack from Spokes and the Town of Windsor.

For more information, please contact Bolinger at 970-674-3500.
