7th Street & Crossroads Boulevard Closure
Beginning Monday May 12, 2008, 7th Street will be closed to traffic from New Liberty Road to CR
62 ( Crossroads Boulevard)

The closure is necessary for the construction of new infrastructure for the Town of Windsor and for
the new South Hill Subdivision, and to expedite the construction completion this year.
Water Valley Metro District No. 2, has awarded a contract with GLH Construction of Windsor,
Colorado, for the construction of sanitary sewer, storm drainage facilities, watermains, a roundabout
at the intersection of CR 62 (Crossroads Boulevard) and CR 17 (7th Street), street widening and
improving the vertical alignment (for sight distance) of 7th Street between New Liberty Road and
Crossroads Boulevard.

During the construction, detours will be in place to guide vehicular traffic around the closure. The construction completion date is scheduled for October 8, 2008, allowing 150 calendar days for
the work. [Additional info...]
