Community Lens: From the Wild Side

Regional amateur and professional photographers will fill the Art & Heritage Center with unique images that reflect the theme, “From the Wild Side.”
Regional amateur and professional photographers will fill the Art & Heritage Center with unique images that reflect the theme, “From the Wild Side.” From nature and people, to places and the abstract, artists will submit their artwork to compete for first, second, third and community choice awards of $150, $100, $75 and $75, respectively
An opening and awards reception for artists, friends, family, and the public will be held on Friday, Sept. 22 from 6-7:30. Complementary beer and light refreshments will be served.
The Art & Heritage Center — located at 116 5th Street — is free and open to the public from noon to 4 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. The Art & Heritage Center will hold extended hours on Thursdays during the Farmers Market season, staying open until 7 p.m. through September 28.
