The Human Resources and Risk Management Department (HR) plays a strategic role in managing workplace culture through practices, policies, and programs that connect employees to the town's public service mission. HR oversees efforts to attract, engage and retain a highly skilled workforce. HR team members serve as key advisers to management, facilitating and encouraging change and a culture of PRIDE and safety.
